I purchased a Groupon for a VIP coupon on 12/30/19. I made an appt for an oil change and took my car in 12/31/19. I was upcharged $40.99 after the service, which I can only assume was labor since the Groupon said the oil changes were free. I honestly have no idea. The mechanic was nice and the service was quick. I have an appt this coming Monday 3/9/20 for a diagnostic for my check engine light being on. The guy I spoke to this morning said it is $148, but my coupon card says 1/2 free. We'll see what happens, and I'll update my review accordingly.

Stopped in to get car checked, due to oil leak. A quick check by the mechanic & they took me to show me the oil leak was coming from the valve cover gasket. They gave me $277.81 quote, of which $55.99 was for the inspection. I scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment. They are very professional & excellent customer service.

We've taken our vehicles to Honest-1 for many years. Part of the reason is the great service. For example, after a recent brake job on my minivan, there was some squealing that persisted. I took it back in and they found an issue with the first break job. So they totally redid it for no charge. They were very helpful and made everything right. I went to my dealership for a quote on getting spark plugs replaced and it was rather high. I couldn't afford that much at the time. I had been to Honest I before so I called them and ask what they would charge. Their cost was much lower so I made an appointment and they took me in when I was available. The work was done in less time that they quoted me, the cost must less than my dealer and I was very happy with the results. I look forward to doing business with them again.
