I had already taken my car elsewhere for A/C service, but it never solved tge problem. So, I came here hoping for an honest assessment and cost. Rich and Paul were wonderful to work with. More than fair pricing. This will be my car repair shop from now on!!! Thanks!!!

Very Happy with their service. The Aloha location the Manger was great, I booked an appointment and when i showed they pulled my truck in fixed the problem and was Happy so if you live in the Aloha, Hillsboro area i would trust them to work on your car or truck. Hope this helps out.

great service and the manager was very nice and when i arrived to my appointment they pulled my truck in fixed the problem and was happy with the mechanic that worked on it so i would say try them i think best service in the Aloha and Wash Co area

I was heading out of town and needed to get a oil change for our 2008 Toyota Sienna. I called up and was able to get an appointment for the same day. Very friendly and courteous. Richard quickly got me all setup and I was very happy. I have been happy with all the time I have come to get things done. They deserve the 5 star rating.

I was referred to Honest-1 by a service advisor at the dealership I went to for many years. With the changes at the dealership no longer servicing vehicles older than 2010, I made an appointment with Honest-1 for the window regulator needing attention immediately. Honest-1 scheduled, did a diagnose and pre-estimate with the customer approval on the same day. When a window is in default, safety is the concern. Thank you, Honest-1, for the excellent service!!!!
