These guys are sooo awesome! Owen (think I got his name right) at front desk got me in right away, he was very polite and professional and Scot! found my oil leak, showed me right where it was. turned out my headache was a loose oil pressure sensor, after having the gasket valve cover changed, oil pan and gasket done with someone else, I will never do that again. for now on I am coming here for any other repairs! A big thank you Scot, you saved me tons of money! I am so very happy.

I must say Ladies you have nothing to fear when you drop off your car, they have your back you can rest assure of that. It was a mystery. Why was my car having problems getting up to speed to merge onto the freeway easily? Why did my car want to "choke" when taking foot off the throttle? Honest 1 Auto figured it out. Let's clean out the injectors and replace the spark plugs. Now my car runs 100% better. No more problems getting up to speed swiftly to get onto freeway. No lackluster driving along TV Highway. Totally recovered my 2010 VW Golf vehicle. Thank you, thank you, thank you: everyone at Honest 1 Auto.

Richard provided excellent customer service, always kind and with a smile. All the staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was explained to me beforehand and the prices are good. The work done on my car was outstanding and everything was completed in a timely manner. Even with all the shipping hassles we had to put up with, Richard remained calm and patient. What started off as a bad experience (my car being stolen), turned out to be great experience. When I’m on a coupon for oil change on my CRV 2021 and they claim is full synthetic when I looked it up online it was supposed to be a synthetic blend the coupon covered synthetic blend so they’re upsold me to $57 instead of $4495 then afterwards there’s oil dripping off my pan and my belly pan is missing they claim there was not one on there

I just wanted to say all the guys @ the Beaverton/Aloha location are amazing but especially Cory today! He was able to figure out what was wrong and it wasn't what I was told was wrong (by another company) & went above & beyond to fix it for me! He even brought me in the back to visibly show me the problem so I understood what was happening. It had to be a temporary fix for now because I had to get to work but I will definitely keep coming to this location because you give exceptional customer service & workmanship!

Kate was filling in at the front counter and she was amazing, she got me in and out in a jiffy even though they were busy. She was funny and made my wait seem like nothing. I thank the Tech as well for rushing my vehicle in even though he was busy. He did a great job !
