I took our 2014 impala in for an alignment and after the technician put it on the rack he did a pre check to verify no issues were present with wheels and tires before starting the alignment. During that check he found that the left front wheel bearing was bad and informed me. I was able to have the bearing replaced under warranty and then had the alignment completed. Thank you for your attention to detail honest1.

They repaired a brake system problem during the warranty period for no charge. The work was completed in one day, and they were very helpful and courteous.

I asked them if they filled up my low tires during my oil change, he confirmed twice. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, I drove doing my errands and the light never went off for my tires. I took it to Costco for an air fill up, which they did and as I was driving home, my light went off...so it definitely was not a bad or faulty sensor. What's that lead me to believe?

Honest Auto is in a busy location. It was a convenient place to have my oil changed today because I had a few things I needed at Safeway. They have water, lemonade, and soda in a little mini-fridge; a place for quiet folks to read, and nice men to help set up your car or truck services. What frustrates me is the amount of time it can take them to change the oil on my car. It felt like an hour or more. Even though I hate waiting, it's nice to know that they take their jobs seriously, so I keep coming back to them. My car sounds good too.

I brought my new car into Honest 1 because my uncle goes there and recommended it to me. I've always had issues with oil changes because staff seems to think they can fool me into buying things. I wanted to try Honest 1 because I've heard great things. I was nothing but pleased with the service. They were very busy when I arrived to my appointment but they brought my car right in and finished it in a timely manner. They told me they didn't have any recommendations at the time, as my car was just recently bought and it was newer, I wanted it to be looked over a little bit. I was pleased that they weren't trying to push me to fix things that didn't need fixing. I purchased one of their VIP cards for $62. Great deal! I will be going back.
