I just wanted to say all the guys @ the Beaverton/Aloha location are amazing but especially Cory today! He was able to figure out what was wrong and it wasn't what I was told was wrong (by another company) & went above & beyond to fix it for me! He even brought me in the back to visibly show me the problem so I understood what was happening. It had to be a temporary fix for now because I had to get to work but I will definitely keep coming to this location because you give exceptional customer service & workmanship!

Kate was filling in at the front counter and she was amazing, she got me in and out in a jiffy even though they were busy. She was funny and made my wait seem like nothing. I thank the Tech as well for rushing my vehicle in even though he was busy. He did a great job !

I took my Hyundai in for service on a Saturday and the guys at Honest-1 had my car back to me in less than a couple of hours with new brakes. I don’t normally like dealing with mechanics but the service I received was fast, friendly, and fair. I feel confident that I have found my new go-to repair shop.

It all began when I turned on the air conditioner in my recently purchased 2010 VW Golf and after about 10 min, all of a sudden, there was a terrible smell coming into the cabin of the vehicle. Shut "air" off immediately and booked online an appt with Honest1Auto at TVHwy location. Once the cabin filter was removed by their technician and "sniffed", a replacement filter was eventually acquired and put in. Success! Meanwhile I sat in a nice lobby, with The Price Is Right (so true!) on wall t.v., and after about 1.5 hrs everything was done. Thank you for your great front desk staff who thoroughly explained everything to me with no question I came up with too silly to answer. When my annual oil change comes due I know where I'll be bringing my car. Thank you again.

Very friendly and good service

Great service. They diagnosed a engine light issue and fixed. Had a lot of questions regarding the work but they were very patient and took time to answer all my questions. Even when I asked if additional work was needed (based on what I read on the internet), they said they would be happy to perform the work but it was not needed. Very Honest.
